The terms that apply when you buy a package or engage Kanvo Design for design services.
Last updated: November 2026
Kanvo Design is a trading name of Aeosoft LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: contact@kanvodesign.com.
These Terms & Conditions govern every package purchase, proposal, invoice or engagement between Aeosoft LLC trading as Kanvo Design ("Kanvo Design", "we", "us") and the client ("you"). By placing an order, paying an invoice or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Kanvo Design provides digital design services: branding and logo design, UI/UX design, website design and development, 3D design, digital marketing design and packaging design. The deliverables, revision rounds and delivery time for each fixed-price package are listed on our Pricing page. Custom projects are defined in a written proposal agreed before work begins.
After payment, we send you a short brief to complete. Work and delivery timelines start once we receive the completed brief. Projects proceed through concepts, revisions and final delivery. Delivery times are estimates and depend on timely feedback from you; delays in feedback, content or approvals extend the delivery date accordingly.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on the Pricing page. Additional revision rounds, or changes outside the agreed scope, may be quoted and billed separately.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Once a project is delivered and paid in full, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. Unused concepts remain the property of Kanvo Design. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party assets (such as stock images or fonts) remain subject to their own licence terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any content needed for the project, and you confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Either party may end a project with written notice. If a project ends after work has started, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that date, as described in our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
