Each package lists its delivery time: 3–5 business days for Logo Design, 7–10 business days for Brand Identity, 2–3 weeks for Website Design and 3–4 weeks for Brand & Website. Timelines start once we receive your completed brief.
Logo Design includes 2 rounds, Brand Identity and Website Design include 3, and Brand & Website includes 4. Extra rounds can be added for a small fee.
Packages are paid upfront in US dollars through our secure online checkout on the Pricing page. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Custom projects are invoiced separately.
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as we haven't started work on your project. See our Refund Policy for details.
Yes. Once your project is delivered and paid in full, you receive the final files and full usage rights to the approved designs.
Everything is digital. Final files are sent by email or download link. Nothing is shipped physically.
